Another day, another vlog. And I've been procrastinating bad about doing this daily exercise I mentioned yesterday.

20 minutes is all I ask of myself. So here's how it all went.

I know these last 2 videos have been a little light hearted, and this doesn't mean I'm making fun of anyone with anxiety, I have sufferered with this crap for nearly 13 years now. I know exactly how it feels.
